Tri Zen Serenity gift cards make great gifts for any occasion
They’re perfect for friends, family, colleagues, co-workers, staff … we’ve even included features like price-protection (on service-specific gift cards) to make them perfect gifts for yourself! Gift cards are available for purchase at our reception counters or online through our website (processed by GIFT UP!). Two gift styles are available:
Gift cards for dollar value amounts
- This is the traditional gift card. These gift cards represent a specific dollar value which can be redeemed for the then equivalent value of products and services at our salon and spa.
- Dollar value gift cards are great general purpose gifts when you don’t want to gift a specific service.
Gift cards for specific services
- These gift cards are purchased and redeemed for the specified service only.
- Service-specific gift cards are protected at redemption from price changes on that service for the life of the gift card.
- Service-specific gift cards are great for when you know what service you want to gift.

Terms & Conditions for All Gift Cards
- Tri Zen Serenity gift cards are redeemable at our spa located in Newton, Massachusetts.
- Gift cards do not include tips for services. Please tip your spa therapist based on the current prices for services at the time of redemption.
- Gift cards are transferable. Please guard your gift card, barcode and redemption code and do not share them with anyone else unless you are allowing them to use it. Neither Tri Zen Serenity nor the gift card issuer are responsible for any loss or damage resulting from lost or stolen cards/codes or use without permission.
- Sorry, we cannot split the value of any gift card into multiple gift cards.
- Gift cards will not be cancelled and replaced without original proof of purchase.
- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, nor eligible for refunds or exchanges (unless required by law).
- Gift cards expire 7 years from their original date of issue.
